The first step, get a device, either ios or android, get a old email account, must be at least 3 days old. next get a credit card or a debit card which
is most easier to obtain. link your debit card into the 3 days old or more account, and start spamming alot of purchases, does not matter which day you purchase it. purchase any amount any time you wish.
The next step is the most important step, spend as much as you can, the bigger the better, so you get alot of in app purchase and all your money back.
