The first step, get a device, either ios or android, get a old email account, must be at least 3 days old. next get a credit card or a debit card which

is most easier to obtain. link your debit card into the 3 days old or more account, and start spamming alot of purchases, does not matter which day you purchase it. purchase any amount any time you wish.

The next step is the most important step, spend as much as you can, the bigger the better, so you get alot of in app purchase and all your money back.

and once you are ready refund all your big purchases such as 300 usd 500 usd 1000 usd 2000 usd 5000 usd or even 10,000 usd in app purchase. like my buddy, he refunded more than 5000. and he is still on it.

next go to google and type apple contact support or if you are using android, type google play contact support, it will bring you to the contact page, next

find the email so you can send an email to them, find the approriate section for your refund, for apple, click on support, contact, and go to account issues,from there

How do you actually spend the refunds again and refund again ? very simple. create a new email, whether its apple or google play,  after your refunds reach your account, create one new email

this method has no time frame or even need you to purchase within 1-3 hours so you can refund. you can purchase today or even a month later and refund. they give you back all your money.

and the best part of this method, you can replace as many cards as you want ! woot ! as many times refund as you want !

this is also important to know, apple or google play only trace the payment method used but not your bank, such as the card details only if you are using a visa, they trace the numbers on it.  so refund as many times as you want !

if you are worry you will get caught for questioning for replacing many times your card, it is safe, because i have replaced more than 20 times. and talk about my friend. he have only $200 in his bank so you can think about how many times did he replace his card to refund more than 2x 4k of mine rofl.
